Film director Amerissa Basta with her film "Christos and Dimitra" won third place at the 1st EU-China Short Film Festival. She talks about her cinematic trajectory up to receiving the award, explaining how the child's view of things "can speak the universal language”.

On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Greece and China, Greek Ambassador to China, Mr Leonidas Rokanas, shared his perspective on the Sino-Greek ties in an interview with Chinese English-language newspaper The Global Times.

On the occasion of Greece’s participation at the 7th Beijing Biennial of Contemporary Art, the Greek Press and Communication Office in Beijing and the Central Academy of Fine Arts of China organized, on 20 September, a lecture by artist Richard Whitlock on the importance of non-prospectival approach in Byzantine iconography and Chinese art, as well as its modern approaches in photography and video art.
